What can LUME do today?
Today, LUME can make the bed, fold laundry, reset pillows, and help tidy around the home. Over time, the same LUME will learn to do more through software updates, becoming increasingly useful without needing to replace the product.
How big is LUME?
LUME measures approximately 11 × 15 × 45 inches when folded, about the size of a standard floor lamp. It’s designed to fit naturally wherever you might already place one, from the bedroom to the living room.
Is LUME safe around people and pets?
Yes. LUME is designed specifically for the home, with controlled movement and an awareness of its surroundings. It only works when there is enough clear space to safely complete a task.
Is there a return policy?
Yes. LUME comes with a 365-day return policy when returned in its original condition. Customers in our first batch will also receive an exclusive lifetime warranty as a thank-you for being among the first to bring LUME home.
