LUME at High Point Market

If you work in furniture or interiors, High Point Market is one of those dates you build your year around. Once a year, buyers, designers, and makers fill the showrooms of High Point, North Carolina, looking for pieces to bring into stores and the spaces they’re designing. Decisions made there can put a new design in homes across the country and around the world. It felt like the right place to bring LUME.

We spent our time showing LUME to people who know lighting and furniture inside out. They looked closely at its shape and finish, and considered how it would sit alongside the pieces they already loved. Then LUME started moving. People stopped, called colleagues over, and stayed to see what else a lamp could do. Those moments led to some of our best conversations at the market.

A designer pictured LUME in a client’s living room. A buyer asked about carrying it in a store. Others wanted to talk about condos, hotels, and furnished residences, where one decision can put a product in hundreds of rooms. We came to High Point to find out whether the people shaping those spaces could see a place for LUME. They could, and they had ideas of their own.

We also introduced our Trade Program to make it easier for designers, architects, retailers, and other professionals to bring LUME into their work. It offers trade pricing, early access to new collections, and support from the Syncere team. We’re actively working with partners on individual projects and larger orders.

LUME was a hit at High Point, but the most exciting part was what happened after the first look. People began imagining where it could go and who they wanted to show it to. If you’re creating a home, hotel, or residential development and can picture LUME there, join our Trade Program. We’d love to work on it with you.
